Äkähotell’s evenings. Tickets and table reservations from 17th of November 2023 .

  1. directly from Äkähotelli’s lobby bar or reception.

    ordered by phone::
    – a payment link is sent to the customer’s email.
    – the customer can pick up the paid tickets at any time before the concert at Äkähotelli’s reception.

Also on sale is a three-day Äkähotelli wristband for €69, which allows access to all Äkähotelli events during festival.

Restaurant Poro Show & Dinner and Restaurant Rouhe Brunch. Tickets and table reservations from 7th of November 2023.

  • Note! With the exception of the Äkähotelli evenings and the concerts of Rouhee and Poro, about half of the tickets for each concert will be saved for sale from the festival office from Thu 25 January 2024.


A limited number of MasterPasses are also available in the online store for pre-sale.

With a Masterpass, you get access to all concerts except the Rouhe´s Brunch and Poro´s Show & Dinner concerts, which require a table reservation.

NOTE! Due to the small size of the concert venues, the MasterPass holder undertakes to arrive at the concert venue at least 20 minutes before the concert, after which the seats will be released to those waiting in line.

Äkähotell’s evenings:

If there are still places, table and ticket reservations can be made directly from the restaurant by email.

Tickets for all other concerts.

  • Tickets for other gigs will be sold at the Ylläs JazzBlues festival office from 25 January 2023, and at the door of each concert venue about an hour before, if there are still tickets left.
  • The festival office serves in the lobby of the Jouni shopping center (at. Tunturintie 16, Äkäslompolo) Thu 25.- Sun 29.1. from 12:00 to 17:00.


  • In the online store, you can choose payment cards or the invoice sent in connection with the order confirmation.
  • After paying for the order, you will receive a payment confirmation
    • payment cards = payment confirmation sent by PayPal
    • invoice = payment confirmation sent by
  • Redeem the actual tickets or passport at the YJB festival office by presenting the payment confirmation.
  • Payment confirmations can be exchanged for tickets at the YJB festival office Thu 25 – Sun 28 January 2024 from 12pm to 5pm.
  • Please note that order confirmation alone is not valid for admission.

Q: I have lost the online store payment confirmation. How do I get tickets?
A: No problem, come to the festival office during its opening hours and we’ll sort it out.

Q: Are the tickets personal?
A: Tickets are handed over against payment confirmation at the festival office. The tickets are not personal, so you can pass them on after redemption.

Q: Is MasterPass personal?
A: Yes, the name of the ticket buyer or a person notified to us separately (gift ticket) is laminated to the MasterPass. If you need to change your name to MasterPass, please inform us of the new name no later than Wednesday 24 January 2024 at

Q: I can’t even make it to the concert, can I get my money back?
A: The ticket purchase is binding, i.e. we do not redeem tickets back.

Q: I don’t want to buy an advance ticket, how can I get a ticket for the gig I want?
A: Concert-specific tickets will be sold starting at 12 noon on Thursday 25 January 2024 at the festival office in the Jouni shopping center (at. Tunturintie 16, Äkäslompolo), or at the door of the concert venue before the concert, if there are still tickets left.

Booking conditions:

  • There is no general 14-day cancellation period for advance tickets purchased from the online store, but the ticket store is binding.
  • Purchased tickets can only be returned if the event is canceled or moved to another time.
  • In the event of a possible cancellation or transfer, we will contact the ticket holders by email. We will refund the ticket price if the new date does not suit you.
